Background Information:
Located in Jiangmen City, Guangdong Province, TAYO was founded in 1992 and is capable of producing 1 million units of motorcycle and 2.5 million sets of engine per year. TAYO is one of the largest motorcycle manufacturers in China. Its Haojiang brand leads the motorcycle industry both in market share and in quality.
TAYO industrial park, covering an area of 700 acres, is the largest motorcycle manufacturing plant in Guangdong province, China. The factory extends 569 meters in length and 148 meters in width. The assembly workshop introduced eighteen fully automated transportation lines and six aerial material conveyer belts. The painting workshop with investment of over 5 million US dollars covers 20,000 square meters. It includes advanced machinery such as: gas burner equipment imported from Italy; Electrostatic spray guns imported from Japan; Water purification equipment imported from Germany.
TAYO’s research and development department is staffed with over 100 talented individuals. Full range of R&D activities: from clay sculpture, 2-D geometry designing, 3-D computer modeling, all the way to trial assembly and performance inspection can be performed in our in-house facility. This capability allows TAYO to fully test their designs and product functionalities before introducing a new product to the market.
TAYO introduced advanced inspection equipments to ensure quality meets the international standards: exhaust analyzer, chassis performance dynamometer and six fully automated motorcycle inspection lines, etc.
Over the years, TAYO has developed 26 new products and received 33 national patents. Other quality certifications and honors received include:
