e-HR1--- Information Centralization

  • Job descriptions and post qualifications can be automatically generated with flexibility in setting of organizations, professional levels and job posts ensured.
  • Flexibility in department mergence, shift and revocation and in adjustment of corporation manpower, department manpower and post manpower are emphasized.
  • Review of historical personnel information are supported so existing and past employees of a particular post can be checked.

 

2Employee info management

  • Headquarter can dynamically enquire and analyze the personnel information of the subsidiaries and share the personnel information horizontally within the authority.
  • Information about one particular employee during his commitment can be shown either in categories or in a unified interface.
  • Flexible personnel information management methods are offered with different employees managed under different categories. Information fields can be use-defined, fully enquired and analyzed.
  • Varieties of employee information cards, rosters, enquiry statistical template and chart are prefabricated, thus users can define their own solution of enquiry, statistics and analysis according to their own need.
  • According to the practical needs of the corporation, employee profile can be user defined and related files can be attached.
  • Historical records of employees can be traced from his inauguration to demission, including salary adjustment, job adjustment, rewards and punishments.



3) Employee Change Management

  • Personnel redeployment includes regularization, transfer and demission.
  • Personnel regularization management: 1. Procedures of regularization can be flexibly set with regularization information recorded. 2. Requirements for personnel regularization approvals can be user defined.
  • Personnel transfer:
    1. Types of transfer are flexibly defined, including part time, outsourcing and sending to other areas. Batch sized transfer and transfer involve multiple corporations are supported.
    2. Procedures of transfer can be flexibly set with transfer information recorded in details. Reasons of transfer are recorded for statistical analysis.
    3. Resource used list, task handover list and training list of the transferred employee are offered.
    4. Transfer management of laid off employees are supported.
  • Personnel demission management:
    1. Types of demission are flexible defined with batch sized demission supported.
    2. Procedures of demission can be flexibly set with demission information recorded in details, leading to a convenient statistical analysis, which is a diagnostic basis of the performance improvement of HR management.
    3. Resource used list, task handover list and training list of the resigned employee are offered.


4Employee Contract Management

  • Basic options and contents of contracts such as contact of labor, post agreement, confidential agreement and training agreement are provided. All the contracts offered can be added or deleted, printed and attached according to user’s wishes.

  • Contract signing management records the status of contract signing and traces the modification, renew and revocation of the contacts. In addition, compensation can be calculated when the contract of labor is terminated.
  • Machine account management of contracts is offered. The overall status of most updated contracts can be enquired and analyzed while various attachments can be viewed within authority.

 

5)     Compensation Management

  • UFIDA Compensation Management application is an important component of group management and control.  According to a various group management patterns, UFIDA e-HR provides a several type of flexible payment methods – the main modules which are Remuneration management and benefic management.
