e-HR2--Business Collaboration
- The eHR2, Business Collaboration, is composed of three elements. First of all, the collaboration of each core functions among the HR department. Secondly, the collaboration between the HR and the other departments. The third element is especially for the group enterprise, which is the collaboration of each business unit among the group.
- The Business Collaboration will gather all of the related HR information together and then being manipulated by the business.

UFIDA Time Management application is one of the core elements of UFIDA e-HR which contains Attendance Management, Travel Management, Leave Management and Overtime Management

- Also they can apply for training or vacations, update personal information and conduct personal performance management through the HR working platform.
Manager self-service
- With authority, mangers can check their subordinates’ information and related HR information.
- Also though the HR working platform, they can correct the attendance records, hand in recruitment application and training plan to HR department, regularize temporary employees, approve training, leaves, vacations and resigns and conducting performance management online.
